WELCOME FR KRUPA AND FAREWELL FR ANTHONY
This past week we welcomed our new Associate Pastor, Fr Krupa Sagar Bonagiri (MSsCc.). Fr Krupa is from Theratpally, in the Nalgonda District of Telangana State in India. He joined the Missionaries of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary in the year 2001 and was ordained a priest on 29th December 2014. Fr Krupa is the youngest in a family of five and enjoys cooking, playing table tennis, cricket and listening to music. We look forward to getting to know Fr Krupa during his time in our Parish and sharing with him our Australian friendliness and our Parish Spirit. Of course, as our Parish looks forward to welcoming Fr Krupa, we also must bid farewell to Fr Anthony (who arrives back from Nigeria this week). For your opportunity to give thanks for his pastoral gifts to our Parish and wish him well in his next appointment at Surfers Paradise, please put either of the following dates in your calendar -
As we welcome Fr Anthony back, we’d like to take this opportunity to say thank you to Fr Dudley, Fr John & Bishop James for assisting Fr David with all our weekend & weekday Masses. |
